Colloidal silicate

Usually, particle size is 1-100nm, and sedimentation does not occur and it is state scattered stably in solvent that is called colloid, and when it's solute material is silica that is called colloidal silica. Colloidal silica is having many OH radical on the surface, siloxane linkage(Si-O-Si) on inside and use it applied widely in various fields such as have characteristic of coherence, heat resistance, thin film property and adhesiveness etc.
